Effect of different disinfection treatments on the adhesion and separation of biofilm on stainless steel surface

چکیده
Abstract Attachment and separation of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) biofilm on stainless steel (SS) in simulated cooling water with without different sterilization treatments was investigated by calculation surface energy, theoretical work adhesion analysis Scanning Electron Microscope/Energy Dispersive Spectrometer. Two types biocides, glutaraldehyde Polyhexamethylene guanidine (PHMG), electromagnetic treatment were used this paper. The results show that PHMG had the best bactericidal performance, followed glutaraldehyde, lowest one. to quantitatively evaluate metal. Theoretical between SS increased time. adhesive capacity after treating while decreasing field. As decreased, gradually removed from surface. On contrary, adhered more firmly. SEM also consistent work. obtained indicated effect but separation.
